The Problem That Started It All
In 2023, our founder—a language teacher with 12 years of experience—spent an entire Sunday creating five 3-minute pronunciation videos for Monday’s class. 15 hours. Gone. Just to make content that students would watch once.
She tried every tool on the market. DaVinci Resolve was too complex. Premiere Pro required a YouTube tutorial just to export. Generic AI video tools couldn’t do dual-speed pronunciation. Cloud platforms locked her teaching materials on their servers and charged $79/month.
That’s when she called her brother—a software engineer—and said: “There has to be a better way. Why doesn’t anyone build tools specifically for language educators?”
